White Coat- Houston/Magyar visit
This weekend was my white coat ceremony. We recieved our lab jackets, which signify that we are moving on to the next phase in our training in Physician Assistant school. Shanes parents flew in last Monday and will be able to stay until this coming Monday. My parents drove here and were with us from Thursday until this morning (Sat.). I wish they didn't have to leave :(. Many tears were shed as they drove away! Needless to say, we all had a great time this week/weekend. Here are some pictures capturing it all!
Shane measuring my tummy. I am not sure why we revieved a tape measure as our gift from the school, but Shane made good use of it.

22 weeks
Well, by popular demand :) I started a blog so our family and friends can stay up to date on our lives and the upcoming arrival of baby Blake!!! I am currently 22 weeks (5.5 months pregnant) and he is due Dec. 17th. I have a bit of a baby bump, but he seems to be sitting so low that I am not showing much. I will download pictures soon.
Shane is finishing up his last week of internship working at a tennis complex. Then, he is officially done with is undergrad :) He is very excited. He will graduate with a degree in Exercise Science.
I am currently in my second year of Physician Assistant school. The first year went very well. I will then start rotations after Blake is born. I will probably take 6 weeks off and then begin in Feb.
As far as the pregnancy goes, everything is going well. Blake is about one pound right now. He kicks a lot. He moves around mostly at night. Shane enjoys being able to feel him. I never really got morning sickness. The hardest part has been being tired all of the time. I can hardly believe I am over half way there!! We had wonderful baby showers and everyone was SO generous. You should see Blake's new wardrobe. With the help of my mom, we got an armiore to serve as Blake's closet. It works great in our living room, and saves us space. We live in a 2 bed/2 bath condo, so our space is limited.
Well, that is all for now. I will include pics soon.
