Halloween

Shane and I had a lot of fun dressing up for Halloween this year. Shane went as "Rambo." Blake and I went as a "Pumpkin Patch."

Pumpkin Festival

Shane and I went to a Pumpkin Festival in Bradenton, Fl with a couple of friends this past Sunday. Momma Houston knew how much I missed the "fall" atomosphere that she treated us to the festival. (Thanks mom!!) Blake very much enjoyed his elephant ear, while his daddy enjoyed the fried veggies!! Although it looked like fall, it was unbelievably HOT outside. It was at least 90 degrees. So, we had to take frequent breaks. I just can't go for as long anymore without resting. There were pumpkin patches, live entertainment, craft booths, BMX bikers performing and LOTS of delicious food!!! As you can see, we had a great time!

Babyshowers

Some of Shane and my friends threw me a babyshower at a tea house. It was so much fun. They served you tea in old fashion tea cups, then you had homemade soup and pastries. It was a very nice time! Very cute atmosphere as well!

My classmates threw me a babyshower at school. Here is the cute cake that they made me!

28 weeks

Ultrasound 10-9

Blake just had another ultrasound done today. I am almost 30 weeks and the doctor wanted me to come in for an ultrasound because my fundal height measurement was a little small for how far along I am. We got the good news that everything is fine today! Blake is in the 42nd percentile for his weight. He weighs 2 lbs 15 oz. The doctor reassured us that is just fine. The amniotic fluid level is on the low side of normal, but the doctor said to just drink more water and I am fine. So, Blake is a small baby, but doing great. I am supposed to just keep up what I am doing and we are on the road for a healthy baby :) It was good to see him again on the ultrasound. We were bummed because we didn't get to see his face. He kept covering it with his hand. It is amazing to see how much he has grown since his 20 week ultrasound! Well, that is all for now.
